The warranty begins the date the order is delivered and ends 90 days after delivery date. You can read more about our warranty here.
You should always inspect your product as soon as you receive it. If you are missing accessories, send us a message and we can arrange to have them sent out as soon as possible.
If you are still within the warranty period and your charger stops working, you will just need to submit a ticket so that we can get a replacement charger sent out to you.
